Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt(Except orders received on Friday or orders that have items waiting to be produced). We ship by UPS Ground. It can take from 1 to 7 days to receive your order depending on the distance from Maine. If you need your product quicker, you can call 877-498-6643 for a quote. We do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states

Some products cannot be shipped to warm climates as they could melt in transit. We will notify you when this is the case and give you the option of approving shipment. UPS does not cover damage from heat. We reserve the right to cancel an order or an item if we feel there is no chance of the product surviving the trip.(Sorry).
